Flow errorCALLOUT_EXCEPTION: 403 — Paid plan is required to use Salesforce workflows in the flow’s failure email or debug log.

Causes & fixes

CauseFix
Org is on the Free plan — flow actions are a paid feature.Upgrade the plan, or replace the flow action with a manual widget operation.
Trial expired — flows worked yesterday, fail today.Check Settings → Billing. Trials silently downgrade to Free.
License assigned to the wrong user — flows run as the context user, who has no CloudFiles license.Assign a license to the running user, or set the flow to run as the integration user. See automation credits FAQ.
