CALLOUT_EXCEPTION: 403 — Paid plan is required to use Salesforce workflows in the flow’s failure email or debug log.Causes & fixes
| Cause | Fix |
|---|---|
| Org is on the Free plan — flow actions are a paid feature. | Upgrade the plan, or replace the flow action with a manual widget operation. |
| Trial expired — flows worked yesterday, fail today. | Check Settings → Billing. Trials silently downgrade to Free. |
| License assigned to the wrong user — flows run as the context user, who has no CloudFiles license. | Assign a license to the running user, or set the flow to run as the integration user. See automation credits FAQ. |
